New asian intellectual property case database

The Center for Advanced Study & Research on Intellectual Property (CASRIP) at the University of Washington School of Law and the Research Center for the Legal System of Intellectual Property (RCLIP) at Waseda University have developed a database of IP case law translated into English which includes summaries and full-text cases from China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. CASRIP AND RCIP plan to expand the database to include IP case law from major European countries.

The databased includes selected important judicial precedents in each country, with scholars and practitioners from each country summarizing the cases.

The database is open to the public at http://www.21coe-win-cls.org/rclip/db/search_form.php
