Disability Rights — ADA
Disability Rights expert witnesses provide opinions on disability compliance in public accommodations, employment and transportation by private entities open to the public and by employers, in goods and services, both physical and digital. The disability rights experts profiled in this directory may opine on employment issues, provide reviews of essential functions of job descriptions and written opinions on employers’ reasonable workplace accommodations, undue hardships and other issues under the Title I of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act ADA).
