Police Pursuits
Police Pursuit expert witnesses provide opinions on high-speed vehicle pursuits, police policies on such vehicle pursuits, civil liabilities and claims for injuries and losses, including wrongful death. The police chase experts profiled in this directory may provide forensic investigations of claims, reviewing collisions, accident and injury records, written police policies and verbal communications from supervisors during chases. These police pursuit (i.e., car chase) experts may opine on polices related to the number of police cars to reasonably be allowed to participate in a pursuit and the number of agencies involved.
