Clinical psychology expert witnesses provide opinions in cases of personal injury (eg: traffic accidents, workplace accidents), medical negligence and health care practices in many settings (eg: schools, hospitals, prisons, rehabiliation centers, community organizations) and related areas.
These Clinical Psychologists may perform independent medical examinations (IMEs) for cases of emotional distress (eg: PTSD) and experiences of psychological trauma (eg: sexual assault, domestic abuse, violence, traumatic injuries, etc.).
