Surgery California expert witnesses provide opinions on issues of informed consent and pre-operative miscommunications, surgical errors, post-operative infections and complications. The surgeons profiled in this directory may provide expert opinions in alleged failures to give patients pre-surgery instructions, failing to inform the patient of the risks involved if preoperative instructions are not followed, failure to adequately review patient charts, careless or incomplete planning before the surgery, operating room delays and other allegations of surgical malpractice. These California expert witnesses in surgical issues may also testify in matters of post-operative care and infections, including staph, strep, methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and clostridium bacteria, that lead to medical complications, as well as alleged errors requiring additional surgeries to correct mistakes, scarring or disfigurement and permanent disabilities.
