Expert witnesses in race, gender and sexual orientation provide investigations and opinions on allegations of unwanted conduct, bullying, unlawful harassment, and retaliation. These harassment experts may testify in matters of sexual orientation and racial slurs, demeaning or derogatory conduct because of gender, and making obviously offensive remarks. These experts in LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) harassment, racial harassment and other unlawful forms of harassment may provide written opinions on Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) compliance and human resources policies and practices in complying with laws enforced by the EEOC, as well as related state laws and regulations.
