Dr. Anderson serves as a court-appointed expert and has testified in criminal, civil and family court cases. She is available to be retained by plaintiff or defense counsel in civil litigation, as well as by attorneys, courts, and agencies requiring forensic psychological expertise.

Her forensic psychology firm provides expert reports utilizing the MMPI-3 and the MCMI-IV and other clinical and forensic assessments as needed to answer the referral question. Referrals include, but are not limited to psychological functioning, trauma, emotional distress, psychological injury, damages, causation, competency-related issues, mitigation, risk assessment, family dynamics, parenting concerns, child safety, abuse and neglect allegations, and other psycholegal questions. In civil cases, she may evaluate psychological injury, functional impairment, pre-existing conditions, response style concerns, and the relationship between alleged events and psychological symptoms.

Dr. Anderson's opinions are objective, evidence-based, and grounded in forensic methodology, psychological assessment, collateral review, and relevant legal standards. She is experienced in reviewing complex legal, clinical, medical, correctional, educational, and social service records.
