Virginia Rules of Evidence
Oct 25 ’11 — The Supreme Court of Virginia approved the “Virginia Rules of Evidence” (in PDF link) Sept. 12, 2011, but the Rules have not yet been enacted by the legislature. The enactment of a state code of evidence is expected during the 2012 legislative session.
