ATS – List of Services
Aerosol Technology Training:
ATS offers customized on-site technical training in: Aerosol Technology, Aerosol Product Development, VOC Reduction Strategies, Aerosol Product Quality Control, and, Aerosol Laboratory Design, Operation Safety Systems. All programs customized to the client's needs and aerosol products.
Product Package Development:
ATS partners with your technical team to provide assistance in all phases of aerosol formula and package development. Support ranges from concept ideation to prototype development, through stability testing and production start-up.
Aerosol Manufacturing Support:
- ATS will locate a suitable co-packer for your aerosol products.
- Provide technology transfer and scale-up.
- Oversee validation of production lines and/or new line equipment.
- Troubleshoot product quality and production issues as needed.
Product Quality Assurance Systems:
Design, implement, or upgrade Aerosol Quality Assurance Systems for specific products. ATS can also provide support to reduce customer complaints by conducting Quality non-conformance investigations and offer solutions to problems such as “poor spray” and “can does not empty” consumer complaints.
Aerosol Safety and Production Audits:
ATS provides on-site audits of aerosol manufacturing, warehouse (DC's), and laboratory facilities to evaluate current aerosol handling safety practices and procedures.
Aerosol Lab Design and Operation:
Site specific recommendations are developed for aerosol lab location, safety systems, and the acquisition installation of aerosol filling equipment appropriate for your needs. ATS follow-up support includes on-site training in aerosol lab operating procedures, and the development of site-specific operating and safety guidelines (HAZ-OP SOP's).
