Dr. Kamkar testified as an Expert Witness in a high profile case of attempted murder of a police officer in San Bernardino County in 2010. The defendant was nearsighted and was not wearing his glasses while he shot a riffle at a police car on a rural road at night. He claimed he did not know it was a police car. The defendant was convicted with attempted murder of a police officer.
Dr. Kamkar reviewed and consulted as an Expert Witness on a case of failure to diagnose and treat glaucoma in a timely manner against an optometrist in California in 2012.
