Barry Strauch, PhD

I provide consulting and expert witness services on cases calling for accident investigation expertise, with a focus on examining human error causation. In addition to over 30 years of experience as an investigator of accident in all transportation modes, I have also taught undergraduate and graduate level human factors courses at George Mason University and Pennsylvania State University, and I have had numerous articles published in peer-reviewed journals such as Human Factors and Safety Science. I have been deposed five times and have been retained by both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation.
