With nearly 40 years of financial services experience, Bob Lawson is a Securities and Insurance Expert Witness and Litigation Support Consultant for FINRA arbitration and civil/federal court proceedings. His expertise will help to prepare his clients for matters concerning the SEC, FINRA, National Futures Association, the DOJ, and State Securities and Insurance Regulators.
Mr. Lawson proudly serves as a FINRA & NFA Arbitrator (Chair-Qualified) where he presides over industry disputes pertaining to breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, failure to supervise, misrepresentation, breach of contract, monetary damages, and employment issues.
As a Securities and Insurance Expert Witness and Litigation Support Consultant, Mr. Lawson is retained by both claimants and respondents. Retaining Counsel is supported by extensive research, expert witness reports, persuasive testimony, and decades of industry, brokerage, and fiduciary experience.
Mr. Lawson is certified as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE®), Master Registered Financial Consultant (MRFC), and a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®).
In addition, Mr. Lawson presides as a FINRA & NFA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator (Chair Qualified) for disputes concerning investors, financial services professionals, broker-dealers, and dually-registered investment advisers.
