Served for 7-years as line officer on nuclear submarines.  45-years experience as power plant and marine propulsion engineer.    Propulsion systems integrator for marine propulsion and power plant systems.   Litigation related work continues to be substantial but not majority of my work.  Currently completing 7th large commercial ferry vessel as project manager and systems integrator for the marine propulsion systems, control systems and alarm & monitoring. Principal engineer and investigator for numerous power plant and marine propulsion projects and disputes involving these subjects.  Have provided expert witness services on over 100 litigation/arbitration cases including several international arbitrations.  Have worked in many States as well as Australia, Mexico, Korea, France, Norway, Sweden, Saudi Arabia and Guam.
