The experts and multi-disciplinary team at Circadian Expert Services are led by Dr. Martin Moore-Ede, M.D., PhD. a nationally-recognized expert in the field of human circadian systems, alertness and sleep physiology, and the applications of circadian science to human health, safety and performance in 24/7 shiftwork and transportation operations.
Dr. Moore-Ede and his colleagues undertake both plaintiff and defense expert witness work in selected cases, and provide confidential advice to attorneys and their clients on how to minimize litigation risk, and distinguish readily defensible from hard to defend claims, and on strategies to cross-examine opposing counsel's witnesses. Our panel of experts have extensive experience of providing expert testimony in the courtroom, where they have an outstanding record of educating and engaging juries so they reach informed conclusions.
