Traffic Accident Reconstructionist — has investigated and rendered opinions regarding time, distance, speed, damage analysis, collision forces, and causation factors involving approximately 5200 collisions.  Has testified at approximately 380 arbitrations and 126 trials.  Qualified in court (Superior, Municipal, Criminal, and Civil) approximately 500 times as an expert in the fields of traffic accident reconstruction, accident causation, damage analysis & collision forces.   Investigated and reported approximately 15,000 traffic accidents; evaluated engineering designs and rendered suggestions for adequate traffic controls; evaluated existing California Vehicle Code sections
