Dale H. Bull, MD, PhD, FAAP

Dr. Bull is a Board Certified Neonatologist in full time practice at a large federal hospital and perinatal regional referral center. He received a Ph.D. in infant psychology from the University of Toronto, Canada and earned his M.D. from the University of Miami, FL School of Medicine. He trained in pediatrics and neonatology at the University of California, San Francisco and the Cardiovascular Research Institute there.  He teaches medical students and pediatric residents at bedside and in the classroom. Dr. Bull is published in leading peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Bull provides expert witness review and testimony in matters of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine for both plaintiff and defense.
