Daniel G. Fink, CIC, CRM, CPCU, CRIS, AAI - Insurance Expert Witness

Insurance Expert Witness — Daniel serves as an insurance expert witness to review coverages, claim handling, agent standard of care, and insurance bad faith.  He works with attorneys to see if agents met the standard of care, insurance carriers acted in bad faith,  coverages were written correctly, and claims were paid appropriately.  He is still an active insurance agent and has served as President of Independent Insurance Agent & Brokers of Arizona.  He graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Journalism & English from Oakland University.  He teaches for the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), CRIS,  and CISR programs for agent continuing education and certifications.  In addition, he has written advanced education classes for the Ruble program. 

Daniel has earned the designations of CIC, CRM (Certified Risk Manager), CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist), and AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) through a series of classes and tests.   Daniel has served as an "Ask the Expert" Panel member for the Big "I" Virtual University and as a committee member to review the Arizona Insurance Producer Test.  Daniel has help insurance licenses and has taught insurance education classes in many states.  He is still an active insurance agent and has served as president of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Arizona (IIABAz) and a board member and Education Committee Chairman.
