National thought leader on balloon sinus surgery. Served on the Medical Advisory Board for Entellus Medical as one of three physicians charged with developing and implementing a physician education program for teaching balloon sinus surgery to other ENT surgeons. Duties included lectures, small-group conferences, live demonstrations during surgery, webinars, and hands-on cadaver labs. Published original research on the safety and efficacy of balloon sinus surgery and was charged with presenting the data at numerous national meetings. Dr. Brodner currently is charged with the education and training of physicians and sales reps in the ENT sino-nasal space.
Medical Device consultant assisting start-ups to mature companies with Research and Development, physician and patient education, marketing and clinical trials. Dr. Brodner has been an integral team member with Entellus Medical, IntersectENT, MedTronic, Smith & Nephew, Physicians Seal, Spirox, and Arrinex. Dr. currently serves as a consultant for Stryker and IntersectENT and Chief Medical Advisor for Physician's Seal (recently acquired by Nestle Health Science).
Over ten years of forensic experience: serving as expert witness for both Plaintiff and Defense, providing comprehensive litigation support, adjudicating healthcare utilization, analyzing disability cases, and performing Independent Medical Examinations.
