David W. Rismann — David Rismann Consultants Inc.

Mr. Rismann has been working with computers and developing software since the mid 1980s. Since 2000, he has been working as an expert witness consultant and forensic computer examiner assisting attorneys with a broad spectrum of technical, computer, software, and forensic computer cases. Mr. Rismann is a certified forensic computer examiner and a member of the California Superior Court Panel of Experts for Los Angeles.

With a strong background in computers, software, programming, and computer forensics, Mr. Rismann has given qualified expert testimony in both state and federal courts on six occasions, each and every time he has been requested to do so.

In more than thirteen years, Mr. Rismann has consulted on a variety of civil and criminal cases including: trade secret misappropriation/intellectual property, employment disputes, a variety of criminal defense charges, document or email examination, software fitness, software ownership issues and more.
