Dawn A. Haag-Hatterer is an employment practices expert and lawyer and is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), with past appointments to sit on the “Employee Health, Safety, and Security”, and “HR Technology and Management” Special Expertise Panels for The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with training and expertise as a mediator. She is a noted expert in all aspects of employment regulation and compliance and is a trusted advisor to attorneys in litigation matters relevant to employment.
