Mr. Jeffers is experienced with all types of vehicles: trucks from small pickup to multiple unit tractor-trailer ("semi truck"), sports cars, sedans, station wagons, vans, sport utility vehicles, recreational vehicles; bus, motorhome, motorcycle, all terrain vehicles, farm machinery, self-propelled crane, as well as train, pedestrian, bicycle, pleasure boat, deep water boat, light aircraft and pre- and post-accident fire.

Mr. Jeffers is experienced with brakes, wheels, tires, steering; air bags, seat belts, crash-worthiness; fuel tank and fuel system fire; electrical fire; engines, automatic and standard transmissions, clutch, and drive train; unexplained acceleration, cruise control, computer control; and vehicle and component structural failure.

Mr. Jeffers investigates and reconstructs motor vehicle accidents and tells you what really happened. He examines failed automotive components and systems and determines exactly why they failed. And he explains these events in simple, easy to understand terms.

Mr. Jeffers is a "car guy" and brings the passion and knowledge of a lifetime interest in cars and trucks to the table. He knows cars, trucks, motorcycles, heavy equipment and many types of vehicles intimately. His specialized areas of expertise include automotive chassis design, internal combustion engines, machine design, aerospace structures and materials science. Mr. Jeffers is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the states of Michigan and Texas.

Engineering

Mr. Jeffers has extensive knowledge and experience in the design and failure analysis of transportation vehicles and industrial machinery. He is a strong practical engineer with a scientific background, and hands-on experience ranging from research, development and design, to manufacture, testing and the solution of problems in the field. He is versatile, with expertise in the mechanical, structural, electrical, aerodynamic, computer and materials science fields. He is an expert diagnostician and mechanic, thoroughly familiar with procedures used by field service personnel. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan and Texas, with membership in the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
