I also regularly consult on matters of Criminal Responsibility and possible mitigation for such individuals facing criminal charges. I have also provided assessments and testimony on damages on a range of traumas, including motor vehicle accidents,  police work, product malfunction as well as sexual and physical  trauma. I have also provided consultation on the testimony by experts retained by opposing counsel in such matters.
