Starting with plastic piping — we have a multi-person team of expert witnesses on nearly every facet of plastic piping issues including construction defects and personal injury litigation on for water, sewer, irrigation, gas, as well as oil and gas.
We also have a multi-person team of metallurgical expert witnesses that can address nearly every facet of metallic piping issues including tribology, corrosion mechanisms and prevention including MIC, mechanical properties, as well as design and reliability analysis.
We have an expert in oil and gas industry safety, another in nuclear and solar energy production, a packaging expert, an electrical engineer with expertise in injection molding, a plumbing expert, a fabric/textiles expert and a tire expert — with various levels of case retentions and deposition experience.
We also have a deep bench of industrial experts with more than 20 years of experience who have not yet been retained for the first time but are ready for the opportunity. This team includes experts in medical devices, semi-conductor chips, aviation safety and piloting.
