Manager of a Failure Analysis Laboratory: Failure analysis and root cause investigations for a wide variety of industrial clients. Supervised about 250 failure analysis, conducted a dozen field investigations, and served as an expert on four legal investigations (all settled before court).
Primary function was leading a team in the discovery and presentation of evidence in reports in a timely manner. Some examples of those investigations include:
Oil refineries (Sunoco, Valero, Exxon) such as pumps, pipes, heat exchangers, etc.
