- I have worked in the property management field for approximately fifty (50) years after having earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1951.
- I currently hold the following professional designations: Certified Property Manager (CPM) which is issued by the National Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); Certified International Specialist (CIPS) which is issued by the National Association of Realtors; Certified Management Consultant (CMC); Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant (CFLC).
- Over the past fifty (50) years, I have managed at one time or another, over twenty-seven (27) million square feet of commercial buildings and shopping centers and over eighty thousand (80,000) residential units. During the years 1976-1988, I held the office of Senior Vice President with the "Robert A. MacNeil Company", which operated, at any given time, over fourteen (14) million square feet of commercial buildings and fifty-three thousand (53,000) residential units. As President of Sierra Capital Management, I had over thirteen (13) million square feet of commercial buildings. My primary and ultimate responsibility was establishing policy and procedures concerning the operation of these commercial and residential properties.
