Supervised and completed assignments for the Major Loan Department in Southern California. Properties included major commercial, industrial and residential projects, both proposed and existing in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Florida.
1982 to 1984 – Staff Appraiser – Home Savings of America, San Diego, CA
Performed single family residential and residential income property appraisals in San Diego County. Many of the assignments included upper-end, high value estate homes, both existing and proposed.
1976 to 1981 – Staff Appraiser/Director of Marketing – Hemet Federal Savings, Hemet, CA
Supervised the appraisal operation in the Riverside Metropolitan area. Performed construction inspections for on-going construction projects, both residential and commercial projects. Promoted to Director of Marketing with responsibility of managing the business development, branch location, marketing and advertising for the company.
