Eric W. Voide, AAS, CFSP

Eric Voide is a lifelong resident of Connecticut, currently residing in Cromwell.  He presents with years of entrepreneurial, business management, mergers and acquisitions and business brokering experience to the organization.

A graduate of Briarwood College of Mortuary Science, Eric began working for a German Venture-Capital company in New York City.  He was entrusted with the acquisition of three struggling facility oriented operations in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.  Authoring and deploying new business plans; hiring, training and retraining staff; overseeing capital improvements and continually monitoring successful sales and marketing strategies, lead to a remarkable growth for these properties and even earned the Connecticut property the ranking of 8th fastest growing business in Hartford County.  Eric is also a four-time nominee of Hartford Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40.  His initiatives caught the attention of a west-coast investment company leading to a complete liquidation of these three properties realizing a huge profit for the company over five short years.

Eric has also sold three of his own start-ups for tremendous ROI and has even been called upon to broker the re-sale of some of these same concerns.  Eric is consistently sought out to consult on various business acquisition and operation ventures throughout Connecticut and New York as well as recent international projects in London, Ontario; Vancouver, BC; Köln, Germany; and Perugia, Italy.

Currently, Eric is Senior Partner of his own Management Consulting Firm and is a managing funeral director for a 75 year-old operation.
