Expert in flawed design that cause accidents and fall protection as listed by OSHA guidelines and regulations in both federal and state with 2 patents in fall protection. 100% of my cases have earned settlement rendered for the Plaintiff. I am a fourth generation union ironworker with over 30 years of field experience. I currently hold 2 patents in fall protection with Underwriters Laboratories (now known as UL Solutions) certification.
