She has more than 30 years experience in financial data analysis.
When working for the IRS of US Department of the Treasury as field revenue agent, Dr. Fiona Chen performed financial internal control check and examined and adjusted financial statements for hundreds of businesses. She independently examined business in millions of revenue and assets and team-examined public and private businesses in billions.
She was trained by the IRS in fraud case development and examination. She was in income taxes, employment taxes, and financial products and transactions.
Dr. Fiona Chen taught at the graduate and undergraduate levels in public budgeting, revenue forecasting, government finance, public policy analysis, statistical analysis, and computer applications at Eastern Washington University, Florida State University, and California State University, Los Angeles. She presented and published nationally and internationally.
