Forensic Engineering analysis for litigation is also available at locations across the USA. Over the past ten years, the forensic failures include a cat food can, a sewer main installation, a bronze impeller, scaffolding, a backhoe gear box, a steam heat exchanger, a hair pin in a sandwich, stray current on both cast iron and copper water lines, steel gas mains, fire engines. These failures have been involved with litigation for structural damage, personal injury and in some cases, fatal injuries. The locations included New York City, Las Vegas, Flynt- Michigan, Rochester, NY, Buffalo, NY, and many other locations. Some case were settled after depositions and some were taken to trial where I appeared in court as an expert witness. I also teach extended classes written by myself in Power Point Form for professional engineers with an 8 hour class on Forensic Engineering included in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, employed by Marzzo Engineering Educational Services.
In addition, I have also spent time at various locations, including NYU, The United Nations, The Lincoln Center for Performing Arts, Montefiore Hospital in New York and at fabricatin plants in Williamsport, Pa AND Pilsen, Czech Republic performing Non-Destructive testing of welds. In addition, I am employed by Cole Technologies Group as a Concrete Laboratory Director and Technical Director of Field Operations.
