I have been an expert witness in Federal and/or State courts in all financial institutions/mortgage areas: mortgage, commercial, consumer and construction lending, operations, negligence, fraud, due diligence, officer/director conduct and duties as well as others. Most cases included preparations, testimonies, depositions, affidavits, reports and/or findings.

Of the 500+ expert witness cases in 43 different states, the client breakdown is approximately 45% plaintiff and 55% defendant with 40% for financial institutions, 40% against, and 20% other. Some of my clients have been the FDIC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, IRS, State of California,
Washington Mutual Bank, Equifirst Mortgage, American Express, Bank One, GE Mortgage Insurance, PacifiCare, Bank of America, EMC Mortgage Corp., Citicorp Mortgage, St. Paul Insurance, Countrywide, Wells Fargo Bank and First American Title.

My lending/operations career at financial institutions included being a president, CEO and/or director of financial institutions for 17 years. In addition, I have had expert witness cases,involving both large and small financial institutions.
