Jack F. Dowling, CPP, PSP is the Principal Consultant, President and founder of JD Security Consultants, LLC, established in 1998. Mr. Dowling has over 35 years of experience in law enforcement, both on a state and federal level, and security administration. He holds a B.S. in Commerce and a M.A. in Criminal Justice. In addition, to attending numerous training programs conducted by various law enforcement and security agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Jack Dowling is a graduate of the Illinois Bureau of Investigation Training School (Illinois State Police Academy) and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service Training School.
Over the past 25 years, Jack Dowling has served as a security consultant to more than seventy-five colleges and universities, hospitals, corporations and towns. These assignments have provided security reviews and audits of these entities' security programs and security expert witness services.
