Is a certified HIPAA professional with experience in conducting HIPAA compliance assessments,  developing HIPAA policies and procedures, staff training and HIPAA breach mitigation.  This includes providing expert witness services related to HIPAA breaches resulting from failed security policies and procedures.

Other litigation services include serving as an expert to determine damages from a software company reverse engineering a software program, determining the value of an internally developed system for a printing business in the case of assessing the value of the company in a litigation matter and providing expert testimony regarding the inappropriate dismissal for an IT staff worker.
