James G. Palmer Appraisals Inc. was founded circa 1965 by James G. Palmer in Fresno, California. We are a general services appraisal firm and have diverse experience appraising many property types including commercial, agricultural, multifamily, subdivisions and industrial. Clients include major banking institutions, government, individuals as well as public agencies. We have also conducted numerous SBA appraisals. In addition, we have extensive experience in expert testimony in eminent domain, bancruptcy, partnership dissolution and general litigation regarding property value. Both James G. Palmer and Gregg J. Palmer posess the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and both have Certified General appraisal licenses through the State of California. Gregg J. Palmer is currently expanding and extending his knowledge, education and expertise with respect to green and sustainable building and development.
