1. JAMES M. MILLER, PE, PHD – Founder Dr. Miller is an Emeritus Engineering Professor at the University of Michigan. He has directly served in Washington originating several Federal OSHA safety regulations, and interacts regularly with CPSC regarding product safety and recalls. In addition to his publication areas available within his CV, he is active in daily decisions and operations for large agricultural production facilities in Idaho and Oregon.
   
   MARK R. LEHTO, PHD – Co-Founder Dr. Lehto is a Professor of Engineering at Purdue University. Within his human factors an ergonomics textbook listed above are special expertise areas such as knowledge engineering, warnings and instructions, structuring expert systems, accident modeling, accident statistical analysis, consumer product safety, boating safety, in-field national surveys of product usage, and product information effectiveness.
   
   ADAM M. OLSHOVE, PE, MSE – Our company engineering manager, Mr. Olshove has over 10 years of experience providing consulting services to industry and the legal profession. He holds his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has performed dozens of on-site investigations nationwide in relation to consumer product design , slips and falls,  industrial accidents, battery fires and explosions and product failure analysis and testing in our laboratory facilities.

   1.WARNINGS & INSTRUCTIONS: Drs. Miller and Lehto wrote the first scholarly book addressing warnings, labels & user manuals. They are possibly the best known active experts in the area. 10. 10. GREENHOUSE VEGETABLE AND CANNABIS PRODUCTION: We have enjoyed engineering projects for indoor and urbanized growing and processing of select high value plants. Proper heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) systems are very complex and must be designed differently from residential buildings . The up to ten high decks of automated conveyor and irrigation levels require precise timing and quantities of water and corrosive fertilizers. Also, the multi levels of light frequencies are controlled by their own automated schedule per age of plants. Harvesting and processing the unique bud structures of cannabis subjects employees has led to serious hand injury from equipment hazards.
