No. of cases deposed in or testified, in last 4 years: 5
Years in Practice/of Experience: 36

I am the author of four books on business valuation, with McGraw-Hill as publisher of the first two and John Wiley & Sons as the publisher of the next two.  My first book, Quantitative Business Valuation: A Mathematical Approach for Today's Professionals, ©2001 is the most advanced, mathematical text on business valuation.  It has a five-star rating on Amazon.com, which you can easily find by going to Amazon's website and typing my name in the search field.  My second book is How to Value Your Business and Increase its Potential ©2005.  I have attached picture files of the book covers, my C.V., and a list of valuation formulas that I invented.  The second edition of Quantitative Business Valuation for John Wiley & Sons printed in March 2010.

I finished the first draft of the manuscript on Valuing S Corporations and Pass-Through Entities (PTEs) and am working on what hopefully will be the final manuscript.

CFO Magazine has printed articles about both of my books, copies of which are attached.  The first article is “A Beautiful Find,” on page 18 of the April 2002 issue. The article is about a formula and a technique that I invented and published in my first book to greatly enhance a CFO's ability to make decisions on how to buy very expensive, long-lived capital equipment.  CFO.com, the online magazine, wrote an extensive article on April 7, 2005 (originally at www.cfo.com/article.cfm/3840159?) about the future valuation formula in chapter 9 of my second book.  CFO also interviewed me as an industry expert for an article on business valuation for its 20th anniversary issue in March 2005.  I am also attaching a file to introduce you to our firm and another one with the over 150 mathematical formulas that I have invented.

We have valued clients in hundreds of industries, some very exotic, as well as a wide variety of intellectual property and intangible assets.
