Slips, trips and falls are the majority of cases have been primarily for plaintiffs with few exceptions not having been won.
For slips I have had multiple cases where slip resistance of surfaces has been researched and determined.
Notable other cases involved injuries from non-code compliance; examples are: five people who died in a locked stairwell from smoke inhalation, a workman who backed up onto a glass skylight and fell two floors to his death; two different patrons who accidentally stepped and fell into the same restaurant stairwell a month apart.
Specific cases with three or more cases each are: construction defects, architect's errors and omissions, contract disputes with architects, contractors, and owners, and code violations, especially ADA.
