Qualified to testify in lending matters, loan servicing, real estate brokers making or arranging loans, lender standard of care, duties of broker, lender and loan servicing, loan modification and foreclosure, disclosures, underwriting of loans, trust deed investment practices and standards, and the overall process of making, arranging, and servicing real estate loans.

Experienced in both private money lending, (hard money lending) loan servicing and loan origination in general.

Member of  the Education Committee and Board of Directors, Past Education Chair and Past President of the California Mortgage Association.

Extensive experience in teaching and training, presenting complex information in a style that may be understood by different individuals.  Contract instructor for NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) continuing education classes, and former contract instructor for Park University Enterprises.

Experienced in court testimony, bench and jury trials, as well as arbitrations, deposed more than 40 times, testified in trials more 20 times, reports submitted in Federal Court, declarations submitted in State Court.
