Regularly serve as an evaluator and expert witness and provide court testimony in child-welfare cases in Allegheny, Indiana, Washington, and Westmoreland County. Served as an expert witness for the Gateway School District and testified before the Honorable Judge Manning. Provide expert witness services in fitness for duty, and guardianship cases with subsequent court testimony. Served as a court appointed psychologist for Allegheny County Family Court conducting Custody Evaluations. I have a current contract with the Westmoreland County Children's Bureau, Indiana, and Washington County CYS. I've also served as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases. I contracted for over a decade for the Bureau of Disability Determination, and continue to regularly conduct Independent Medical Evaluations with subsequent expert opinion.
