I am a generalist.  A licensed General Contractor.  I assemble opinion in the same way that a conscientious General Contractor assembles a building. As a result of my 40 year career in construction, I know much about your issue already and I know who to ask about any speciality, I know what to ask them and I know how to present those technical matters  to the trier of fact.  

I graduated from California State Polytechnic University in 2014 with a Masters in Architecture.  My goal was to understand construction from a new perspective, the design perspective.  This view created a more broad grasp of all the roles and relationships on the job-site and throughout the industry.  In the world of dispute resolution, I can see further because I have stood on the shoulders of great builders and designers.  My perspective can give you the real knowledge that will clear the murky technical assertions in a dispute and provide the real-world understanding of the complex roles and duties in this industry. 

I am now a sole practitioner, I depend on my network of contacts to provide the team necessary for your issues.  Having worked in large consulting practices and small, it is quite efficient for the client to use my large set of experiences to determine what are the real technical risks in the matter at hand.  I handle only a small set of projects at any one time to provide prompt and decisive knowledge to the client's case.    

I have testified in approximately 30 matters in 6 superior courts in California and 2 Federal courts. I usually consult with new callers for about an hour to understand your case and describe my possible contributions.  Give me a call.
