Mar 2021Case Name: Nasmyth Group, LTD Fire
Defendant refused to pay for the installation of three high voltage utility distribution transformers that were removed on approval of the plaintiff after a fire damaged the building and electrical system. Case settled out of court for a reduced amount based on Mr. Perry's estimate and report.
