Joshua B. Helman, MD

Dr. Helman is board certified (ABEM) in Emergency Medicine with his MD from Harvard Medical School. He is Emergency Medicine residency trained at Detroit Receiving Hospital and completed a fellowship in plastic surgery. Dr. Helman holds a Masters Degree in Biochemistry from Kings College, Cambridge (UK) and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biochemistry from Harvard College. Dr Joshua Helman has over 20 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine, specializing in the areas of Emergency Medicine, urgent care medicine, emergency room medicine, wound care and extensive locum tenens experience. Dr. Helman has active medical licenses in 14 states: Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Utah. Expert Witness experience includes Medical Malpractice Emergency Medicine cases on both the plaintiff and the defense sides.
