Julie A. Armstrong RN PsyD — Clinical & Forensic Psychologist and RNCS

Dr. Julie Armstrong has served as an Expert Witness in Nursing and Psychology for more than 15 years. She has performed psychology evaluations for IME, Workers' Compensation and  Disability related issues for more than 20 years. Dr. Armstrong is an Expert Witness for the CA and AZ Boards of Registered Nursing, and is an award winning educator. Dr. Armstrong performs Psychology evaluations on Adults and Children, and is a recognized evaluator for the Federal Aviation Administration. Her work is based on the merits of the case, Plaintiff or Defense work, across the nation for both psychology claims (Adult and Child) and nursing standards cases. She teaches continuing professional education for Psychologists and Workers' Compensation Evaluators and has been faculty at UCLA Geffen Sch. of Medicine and CSU Dominguez Hills Sch. of Nursing. Dr. Armstrong has appeared on the popular true crime television show Wicked Attractions, seen on Investigation Discovery, (IDtv.)
