My background is primarily in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Hospice settings.  I have twenty years' experience in the SNF setting as a Director of Nurses, Nurse Educator and Quality Assurance Nurse Consultant. I have seven years' experience as a Wellness Nurse in the Assisted Living setting. I have six years' experience as a hospice nurse caring for terminally ill patients in homes and facilities. With expertise in regulatory compliance and industry standards, I am well positioned to identify adherence and deviations from acceptable standards of practice, as well as to offer credible testimony and consultation in a variety of medical-legal situations.
