Practiced with a large law firm in mid-town Manhattan and with law firms of all sizes and as in house counsel to two federal financial institutions (one of them having publicly traded securities) with concentrations in business and not-for-profit entity governance, registered and exempt securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other business and commercial transactions in NY and FL,

4. Former member of Professional Ethics Committee of The Florida Bar and Professional Responsibility Committee of the NYC Bar Association, and current member of Professional Ethics Committee of the NYC Bar Association and the Professional Responsibility of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section,

5. Taught law school and paralegal studies courses in NY and FL, 

6. Published articles about those areas of law and attorneys' fiduciary and ethical duties, 

7. Provided since 2006 expert consulting services in fiduciary duties of management of a not-for-profit entity and in fiduciary and ethical duties of attorneys in Florida and Colorado in six cases and issued expert reports in five of those cases, most involving attorneys' conflicts of interest, and

8. Available to provide expert consulting or testimonial services in fiduciary duties of management of business or not-for-profit entities and in fiduciary and ethical duties of attorneys to licensed attorneys and firms of licensed attorneys nationwide but not to pro se litigants who are not licensed to practice law.
