Ken Leonard is a Commercial Real Estate Consultant specializing in virtually all matters relating to Shopping Centers, Malls, and Retail Stores. He also has extensive Litigation Support and Expert Witness experience serving leading law firms, "Fortune 100" retail companies and national Shopping Center REITs throughout the United Sates and several other countries.
Ken brings unique perspective to every consulting and expert witness assignment because he is one of the very few industry experts that have had senior executive "board room" experience representing the real estate needs of Anchor and Inline Retailers as well as Mall REITs and other landlords. His equal representation of Plaintiffs and Defendants represent another unique aspect of his practice.
Ken holds a BA in Liberal Arts and an MBA in Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago. He is also working towards a masters in liberal arts at his alma mater. He has lectured at numerous universities and given seminars through the ULI, ICSC, AMA, GLG, and NRMA.
