The Kilpatrick Group, PA is a forensic engineering firm that provides forensic engineering investigation and analyses services for our legal and insurance clients. Mr. Kilpatrick travels throughout the United States in
to provide forensics engineering services in motor vehicle crashes, motorcycle and ATV crashes, industrial accidents, amusement park ride accidents, forklift accidents, crane accidents and product defect and failure analyses  claims resulting in personal injury or death. Mr. Kilpatrick is a board certified diplomat forensic engineer and certified vehicle crash reconstruction engineer through the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE).

Mr. Kilpatrick has a Class-A CDL with tanker, hazmat, triples, passenger and school bus endorsements. He has over 60+ hours of experience driving tractor trailer trucks and is a part-time school bus driver for the North Carolina Department of Education. He is a tractor trailer and school bus expert. He is an avid motorcycle rider and has been riding motorcycles since 1969 and is a certified motorcycle expert. He has also owned and operated an ATV for approximately 10 years and has both ATV and ROV operators certifications and is an All-Terrain Vehicle expert. Mr. Kilpatrick images the run data stored in a commercial tractor trailer's ECM and interprets the data for his clients. He also image the crash data reports (CDR) and interprets the data for his clients. He has submitted written expert reports in state and federal court and has given sworn expert testimony under oath during both deposition and trial.
