Kitch Wilson, Ph.D. technology consultant and expert witness

A technical consultant in system science, applied mathematics, electronics and computer systems, I provide research, development, design, and evaluation skills to technical fields including solar energy, wind energy, aerospace systems automotive systems, commercial devices, medical technology, and etc. With Electrical Engineering degrees (B.S and M.E.E.) from Cornell and a System Science Ph.D. from UCLA (including medical school physiology, biochemistry, endocrinology courses and a past member of the staff at the Dept. of Pediatrics at Harbor-UCLA Research Center), I pull together several disciplines required to perform a complete system design: problem conceptualization and definition, design, and development of modeling & signal processing & control system mathematics, computer simulation, design of analog-digital-microprocessor-DSP-FPGA electronics, software, and intellectual property.  With 15+ patents in said technical fields, I also work as an Expert Witness in intellectual property and other issues.  I have worked in these technical fields since 1969 (53 years), have been an independent technical consultant since 1977 (45 years), have lived and worked from Santa Barbara since 1981, and am a native Spanish speaker.

Kitch Wilson, on 26 April 2022, submitted a Declaration to the USPTO in support of rejected application 17/014,58.  On 9 August 2022 the patent US 11,411,531 B2 was issued.
