With 20+ years as a Motor Vehicle Enforcement Officer in Iowa, Mr. Miene has been involved in over 1,000 CMV crash investigations, including matters involving Hazardous Materials (certified in Cargo Tank and Hazardous Materials), OWI alcohol/drugged driver, multi-state thefts involving CMV traffic, and domestic and child abuse investigations.
Mr. Miene has been certified in North American Standard by the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA), and is certified in PHMSA-HMR and Motorcoach.
