-Works for both defendants' and plaintiffs' attorneys to either defend Realtors and Real Estate brokers unfairly accused of malpractice, malfeasance, and the like...or to prosecute Realtors / Brokers and their firms for — among other things — failing to disclose known but latent material facts or defects, failing to meet the standard of care, negligence, and dishonesty.
-Has been retained for dozens of lawsuits in several states, for which Larry has testified at depositions and at trials in Florida district courts. Some involved residential transactions, others involved commercial transactions, and three were commission disputes. Two were Federal cases.
-He was retained for disputes in Florida, West Virginia (2x), Michigan, Illinois, North Dakota, Ohio (2x), Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and New Mexico.

-sometimes works directly for principals who are or were involved in real estate transactions and who have questions about the professional conduct of Realtors, agents, and brokers.
-Served on his former Board of Realtors Grievance and Professional Standards Committees for a combined twenty years — carefully analyzing and judging hundreds of ethics complaints and requests for arbitration.
